Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
Prior to preparing the frittata, any meat and potatoes being used should be fully cooked.
In a large skillet, add the avocado oil and sauté any vegetables until soft. about 5-10 minutes
While the vegetables are sautéing, crack the eggs and add them to a bowl. Add the almond milk, salt, and pepper, and beat with a fork.
When the veggies are soft, remove from heat and make sure they are evenly distributed in the pan. Add any prepared meat and cheese at this time.
Pour the egg mixture evenly over the ingredients.
Place the skillet in the oven and bake for 30 minutes.
