Ingredients
  

Greek Salad With Lamb Meatballs
  • 1 large bowl of salad greens
  • 4-5 premade greek lamb meatballs
  • kalamata or spanish olives
  • chopped tomatoes
  • chopped cucumber
  • pickled banana peppers
  • red onion thinly sliced
  • 2-3 tbsp vinaigrette of choice Balsamic or lemon vinaigrette are great options.
Homemade Vinaigrette
  • 6 tbsp olive oil
  • 2 tbsp balsamic vinegar or fresh lemon juice
  • 1 tbsp dijon mustard
  • 1 tbsp honey or pure maple syrup
  • salt and pepper to taste
  • your favorite fresh or dried herbs

Method
 

Greek Salad With Lamb Meatballs
  1. Fill a large bowl with a variety of salad greens.
  2. Top with warm, greek lamb meatballs, chopped tomatoes, chopped cucumber, thinly sliced red onion, pickled banana peppers, and spanish or kalamata olives.
  3. Mix up a batch of homemade viniagrette and drizzle on top.
Homemade Vinaigrette
  1. Pour all ingredients into a mason jar, top with a lid, and shake well to mix.
