Greek Lamb Meatballs

Made with ground lamb, onion, garlic, and the perfect mix of spices, greek lamb meatballs are perfect for making ahead and storing in your freezer for quick meals on busy nights.

Ingredients
  

  • 2 lbs ground lamb
  • 1 medium onion finely chopped
  • 4 tbsp dried parsley
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/2 tsp pepper
  • 1 tsp dried oregano
  • 1/2 tsp cinnamon
  • pinch of nutmeg
  • pinch of ground cloves

Method
 

  1. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper and preheat the oven to 400 degrees.
  2. Add all ingredients to a large bowl.
  3. Mix the ingredients until well combined.
  4. Roll the mixture into balls about 1 inch in diameter.
  5. Bake for 25-30 minutes. The meat should be cooked through on the inside and they should be nicely browned on the outside.
